We screen our tenants by reviewing their credit score, pulling a national criminal background check, verifying proof of income and employment, assessing past rental history and more to significantly reduce the risk of eviction. However, they can still occur. We offer our Eviction Protection Program for risk mitigation and will reimburse you up to $750.00 in eviction legal fees if these costs exceed the amount of the tenants’ security deposit. A small annual fee safeguards you against these potential expenses, effectively paying for itself many times over if the need arises.
