Property Inspections
At Red Rock Property Management, we treat your property like one of our own. Our inspection process is a central part of that commitment — designed to protect your investment, preserve value, and keep tenants accountable.
What We Do
- Move-In Inspections. TBefore tenancy begins, we document the entire property condition—so there’s clarity from day one.
- Quarterly Inspections. Every three months, our team visits the property, checks for maintenance or safety issues, assesses the condition, and ensures lease terms are being respected.
- Move-Out Inspections. At the end of tenancy, we document the final condition to support timely turnover and minimize risk.
Each inspection generates a comprehensive report with photos, which are shared directly through your owner portal. At Red Rock, we believe communication and accountability are the foundation of excellent management, and our inspection process helps us deliver both.
Why It Matters
Routine inspections are more than a check-box. They help us:
- Catch minor issues early before they become major repairs.
- Ensure tenants are caring for the home and complying with the lease.
- Provide you, the owner, with complete transparency via detailed inspection reports and photos.
- Protect your property’s value and your peace of mind.
How We Deliver
- Our team of inspectors conducts each inspection, documents the condition and any concerns, and compiles a comprehensive report with photographs.
- Reports are uploaded to your Owner Portal so that you can monitor your property’s status at any time.
- We believe communication and accountability are the foundation of excellent management — and our inspection process delivers both.

Tips For Buying The Perfect Home

Don’t Max Out Your Budget
Just because you’ve been approved for a max amount, doesn't mean you should spend it all on the home's sale price. You will want to set some of that aside for closing costs, taxes and potential home repairs or remodeling.
Get to Know the Area
Make sure the neighborhood works for you and your family - are you close to schools and is shopping conveniently located?
Don’t Skip the Home Inspection by a licensed inspector
Inspections are worth their weight in gold and will draw attention to problems you may not otherwise see, giving you peace of mind and letting you make more informed decisions about your purchase.

Get Pre-Approved
Getting pre-approved by a lender lets the seller know you are serious and ready to purchase a home and that you are not just window shopping.
