At Red Rock Property Management, we treat your property like one of our own. Our inspection process is a central part of that commitment — designed to protect your investment, preserve value, and keep tenants accountable.

What We Do

  • Move-In Inspections. TBefore tenancy begins, we document the entire property condition—so there’s clarity from day one.
  • Quarterly Inspections. Every three months, our team visits the property, checks for maintenance or safety issues, assesses the condition, and ensures lease terms are being respected.
  • Move-Out Inspections. At the end of tenancy, we document the final condition to support timely turnover and minimize risk.

Each inspection generates a comprehensive report with photos, which are shared directly through your owner portal. At Red Rock, we believe communication and accountability are the foundation of excellent management, and our inspection process helps us deliver both.
