When you're ready to apply, have all of your documents prepared and ready to submit alongside your $40 application fee. This includes proof of income, a valid ID, and a reference from a previous landlord who can speak to your pet's history in a rental. You will also need to include your pet’s age, breed, weight, and name for the lease. Submitting everything together (complete and upfront) gets you into the system right away. All applications are reviewed in the order they are received, so a complete submission from the start puts you in a good position. Once your application has been submitted, Red Rock Property Management will follow up with you via text message, so keep an eye on your phone.
